Two firepolished vases by Emile Galle (France 1900)EMILE GALLÉ (1846-1904)
Description / ExpertiseThere was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to have these two vases. These two vases will feature two pages in my book about Galle. They are the perfect example to show people that Galle worked with templates. When you look at the vases closely , you see the exact same decoration on both vases in the exact same place. The only difference is that one of the vases has thicker glass layers and that is why the acid-etching is more refined. The decoration is the wisteria flower. Price is for the pair.
