Description / Expertise

Very early French bull dog made by Emile Galle around 1870. The ceramic glaze is rough to picture the fur of the dog. It has the famous dog eyes and one of the teeth looks like it is in its lip. The dog has the look of a real bull dog. Signed E G underneath with the cross of Lorrain.
